The 70th Kumaon Company nature club named after the company Jim Corbett took to war, is a unique initiative of the samiti to connect with the young of the community. Meetings are held every sunday where activities with the children revolve around issues like Jim Corbett, birds, flora of the region, climate change and conservation. These young members are often taken for field visits in the nearby areas.
